Class Description

In this parent-child class recommended for ages 6 - 12 months, we explore all sorts of sensory play to help your baby’s brain and senses develop! Each class, led by our experienced educators, features songs, rhymes, books, and sensory experiences to give you all sorts of ideas for interacting with your baby to foster healthy brain development. Classes end with a messy, taste-safe sensory play experience like water, cooked pasta, dry peas, or cornmeal to explore. Babies and caregivers will have an opportunity to socialize with other children and adults and have fun making a mess without worrying about cleaning it up! All materials for our baby classes are sanitized with Force of Nature cleaner both before and after each session to ensure limited germ exposure. We recommend bringing a change of clothes for your baby because we may get messy! Our session begins at 11:30 a.m. with 30 minutes of open play so that children can warm up to the space. You are welcome to arrive any time during this window. At 12:00 p.m., we will move into the classroom and do guided activities for 30 minutes. Need to cancel? Please call or email us 24 hours before the start time of the class to be eligible for a credit. If you have a class package, you may contact us to cancel any time before the start of the class. Then we will move into the classroom and do guided activities for 30 minutes, ending with 45 minutes of open play in the play space. Need to cancel?
